Registration forms are due by Friday 13th November 2009.

IMPORTANT
This year we will endeavour to send out proofs of your submitted information for
a final check by you.

In order to do this, the due date for your information is earlier than it has been in the past. You will be required to supply an email address, as we will email the proof to you. A deadline will be supplied for any changes which must be adhered to.
