Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products and services provided by The National Trust.

1. The title of goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment has been received by The National Trust.
   
2. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by the National Trust.
   
3. Terms and conditions of payment for the Goods are strictly CDB (Cash Before Delivery) unless otherwise agreed and specified on invoice. Payment by other than Cash (by prior arrangement only) may attract additional administration charges. Lodging your Credit Card details with The National Trust can be used as the method for payment before delivery.
   
4. The National Trust will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
   
5. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damaged or faulty products or any error made by The National Trust (ie shipping of incorrect item or overcharging). The request for a refund must be lodged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
