1. Information on how to enter and prize, forms part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is only open to NSW residents who are existing members of National Trust of Australia (NSW) who participate by referring new members to the Trust, or by purchasing a gift membership, and to all new members who join National Trust of Australia (NSW) during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the National Trust of Australia (NSW), Mary Rossi Travel, Etihad Airways, and any companies associated with this promotion including any prize producers are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. The promotion commences 17th December 2007 and all new membership Application forms and Member Get Member forms and payment must be received by close of business on 5th December 2008.

5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected application forms.

6. Once the Promoters receive the completed membership application form and payment, the entrant automatically receives one entry into the draw. Existing Members also receive one entry for every referred new member, or for every gift membership purchased. The draw will take place at 11.30am on 12th December 2008, at National Trust of Australia (NSW) Watson Road Observatory Hill Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail and their name will be published in The Sydney Morning Herald on 19th December 2008 and in the February/April 2009 issue of The National Trust magazine.

7. The first entry drawn from all entries received, will win a 14 nights ‘Walled Cities’ tour for two adults, plus two adult return economy flights from Sydney to Milan flying S class on Etihad Airways. Winners must be available to participate on the ‘Walled Cities’ tour from Sunday 26/4/09 to Sunday 10/5/09, and will need to provide their own transport to and from Rome, or to and from Perugia, and the airport destination of Milan. Entry fees and meals on excursions not included in the itinerary will be at the winner’s expense, as will drink and additional wine, personal transport cost, phone calls, laundry and tips. Prize does not include taxes or fuel surcharge.

Airline tickets are valid for 6 months from announcement of winners and valid for travel over a period of no more than 60 days and must fall within the period of the ‘Walled Cities’ tour. Any tickets which remain unused after the expiry date shall be deemed null and void; Bookings are valid for S class, and travel during peak periods and embargo periods may be restricted; tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other goods and services. No compensation is available if participants are unable to use the tickets; participants are responsible for arranging transfers, visas, accommodation, meals, excess baggage, travel insurance & any other travel requirements; no frequent flyer points can be accrued as part of this prize; payment for taxes and airport charges must be made prior to tickets being issued and are payable by cash, bank cheque or credit card.

8. Total value of prize is approximately AUD $18,000. Spending money, additional meals, all taxes, insurance, stopover accommodation, and transport to and from Sydney Airport, transfers to and from Milan to Rome and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The trip is subject to booking and flight availability. Flight bookings must be made well in time to meet tour availability. The ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable nor redeemable for cash of other goods or services.

9. Prize is only valid to correspond with the tour dates of 26/4/09 - 10/6/09. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner of the major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.

10. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which can not be included by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and their companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion.

11. In the event of a dispute the decisions of the Promoters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The Promoters collect entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoters may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment of other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the State lottery department and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at their address set out below.
